"The room was very clean! I enjoyed my stay and so did my boyfriend. We were impressed with the friendly service, the swiftness of the room service and the resort itself and outside bathrooms smelled clean and were clean. The only issue i had was the floor of the balcony. Granted it is outside but the dirt builds up quick after rain. the hammock was a nice touch (garden view room) but the placement could’ve been better so it wouldn’t have been hitting the sliding door. I had a faulty lamp on my side of the bed, which i had reported. Also there is a knocking noise that comes from the shower, could’ve been a pressure issue. I reported all these things i pointed out but overall id give the resort a 8.7/10. The shows at night were really nice. But my and my boyfriend are under 30 and have no kids for why we picked this resort. When i booked this place i liked the fact that it was all inclusive, but for the month of april (granted the crowd could be different throughout the year) it was mostly retired folk or older couples wanting to spend time away. Everyone had their own space and kept to themselves, but we expected a little bit more life but for the amenities and the distance to the Avenida nearby, there wasn’t many complaints since we have access to leave the resort. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet, calm, and chill vacay away from home. "

"Really good place . I feel welcomed back to Mexico I always loved. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service , attentive staff , clean and with delicious food . Nobody wanted to overcharge for anything. Taxi drivers around playa del Carmen were friendly , prices for taxies are great and we did not feel like we are ripped off at all . It is all back to the Mexico we have always loved , to beautiful and friendly people , to great food and beyond amazing nature . I hope Yucatán will continue this way so all ppl from around the world come here with open 💜 Happy Easter ❤️❤️❤️ "
