The pool is small, but on the roof so lovely to go up. Lots of seating and umbrellas. The staff are amazing and the cleaning staff are awesome. My only concern is that the breakfast, although varies daily, is not up to the standards of a Marriott.

The rooms are great, breakfast is ok, traffic is really high always to get into the hotel, not the hotel fault, but should be considered, you don't hear it from inside though. If you are looking for a fancy have it all hotel, this is Not it. This hotel is more like a hotel you will got out early and come back at night to sleep, as it does not offer any entertainment besides the freezing pool at the rooftop. There's a lot of stores nearby, that's a plus.

The room and the staff were fantastic. However they only gave you one bottle of water upon check-in and no more unless you purchased it at a very high cost. You had to walk or take a taxi to the nearest store in order to get drinking water to last me for my 2 week stay.

In my personal experience of staying at this hotel the room was clean and modern and the staff was great. The only area that requires improvement in this hotel is the POOL!!. The roof top area is great but the pool's water is cloudy which in my personal knowledge its a sign of bacterial growth or chemical in balance and hotel were great but the pool water was dirty and cloudy. I made a complaint to the front desk regarding the pool water and request for it to be cleaned on my second day at the hotel but it was never fixed and we stayed there for 6 days. We were unable to enjoy the pool for this reason. I hope they can fix it as i would definitely return to this hotel.

The soap is very cool. I also really like the moisturizer I love the breakfast three times. I ate the quesadilla and I like the bathroom so much. It’s nice and special and there’s lots of desks to put my stuff. There is lots of space. It’s next to the highway so it was a bit noisy. The check in line was so so long. My kids also watched Tom and Jerry. Oh one good thing is there’s plenty of parking!

Rooms were very clean! Staff was excellent left money out to tip cleaning and they didn't take it trusted them not to take anything. Breakfast was very good we stayed for 12 days so more variety would have been nice but still very good. Roof top pool was rarely busy often got it all to ourselves which was awesome would absolutely reccomend staying here. Location is good will just want a scooter or a bike or something if you plan on exploring playa del Carmen many days in a row can turn into a lot of walking. We were supposed to have golf included however booked through Expedia and did not get to golf at the hard Rock so be aware of that if you plan on golfing

Very nice comfortable, clean and quiet hotel for 8 days. Super nice staff. Good and varied breakfast. Gym basic but sufficient Close to some restaurants by foot and supermarket for groceries and we used the local colectivios to get back and forth to downtown for 10 pesos each. Super convenient (just make sure it says BOTH 30/30 and sorianna on it - we learned the hard way lol) You are not close to a beach but the upstairs pool deck was lovely and not busy at all. It is next to a major road. You will hear some road noise but wasn’t bad and heard nothing in the room They include free transfer from airport and rtn. Very pleased. We will be back again.
