I loved my stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen. For anyone considering this resort here is basic information: less than 3 minute walk to 5th Ave, property grounds is clean, lush with trees, flowers, plants, staff on all levels were warm / welcoming and the room suite and spa were clean.
