I loved this resort, rooms are clean and big. There are so many choices of places to eat, everyone is super friendly. The one thing I didn’t like was they try to sell you on joining some Hyatt club before you get to check in.

Resort was clean, fun and entire staff was great. Lots of fun times at the pool. Gym was also great. There were 10 of us traveling - and we all agreed the staff, entertainment, bartenders, wait staff and overall amenities were awesome. Note if you are looking for a great beach, this is not the place (but we are not big beach people, so it worked for us) and there are only 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner, without paying more for food experience),

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The all-inclusive resort did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and the drinks were great. The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pools were open even over night. The staffs are very helpful. Show time was great with different activities. The only thing was number of restaurants for dinner. If stay more than four nights, you have to repeat the same restaurants. Spa and massage was very good. The buffet food were fresh and they made in front of you and no left over food at all.
