"Meals at the buffets were all wonderful. 3 are open for breakfast and lunch. One is open for dinner. We could not book reservations at other restaurants but they only had -4 tables being used. Could keep beach buffet open for dinner and be able to make reservations at check in. Pool could be open till 2200 for adults. The rooms (jr suite) was large, cool, comfortable. Beyond expectations! The staff All fantastic! Cart driver Eric showed us how to get around. Playa and pools Fantastic!! Clean, lots of space. Snorkel by rocks. NO seaweed. Just lovely. What a wonderful place thank you for keeping the natural animals and fauna. Thank you for sharing it. "

"This is the second time being at Ocean Riviera Paradise and it did not disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly and interactive. They get to know your name and chat with you often. They are positive and create a friendly and active atmosphere. The pools, bars, karoake, bowling, shows, the gym, the basketball, tennis, baseball and of course the buffet are amazing. The ocean area is clean, transportation around the resort is easy and there continues to be so much to do and see. The rooms are amazing. We had a swim up pool and took advantage of the water in the early morning. Thank you again to all the staff for the amazing stay. First a wedding and this time a bachelor party. We'll see you again. "We had a great 4 night trip to Haven for my Birthday. We upgraded to the Serenity Club Ocean Front and this was so worth it! The views were beautiful and we liked the patio and hot tub. The added amenities and upgraded service for the Serenity Club was well worth it. Our Butler, Gaby, took care of all of our dinner and spa reservations, and left a special birthday surprise in our room. We really enjoyed the Vistas and Tahani restaurants for breakfast. We spent time at all 3 pools and each had a unique vibe. The only thing we weren’t impressed with was the wines on the inclusive menu and the food at Olios and Agua Benito. My husband ordered a steak off the upgraded menu and was underwhelmed. We did find that the bars did have premium liquors like Tito’s, Jack Daniels, and Jose Cuervo, you just have to ask for them by name. The staff were all fantastic and so accommodating. A note about Gluten Free options. I found that menus were all clearly marked and that the chefs would accommodate where they could. They also explained what features of the dish had gluten so you could make an informed decision to your own tolerance I.e cross contamination from fryers etc . Vistas made me a GF avocado toast that was excellent! Every single thing was sparkling clean! "
