Great place and really beautiful, one of the nicest resorts I have stayed at. Great for families and lots of things to do and see. Because the beach is a small gulf the sea water was great and cristal clear to go in and enjoy. This is a beautiful place!!

The hotel is beautiful and the beach couldn’t be any more convenient and safe. The drinks were great and the food decent. Well, the tacos were amazing. I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a reservation during my stay and only had three choices for dinner.

This place is beautiful. All the nature and the animals walking around makes the experience even better. The room was clean. Also every day they restock the refrigerator. The beach was clean and so many fish to see! I scheduled excursions with the agents there and all were very organized.

This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation.

The beach is amazing. Very clear water and lots of fishes . It’s a perfect beach for small children , there is no waves or seaweed. Also very convenient hotel for Dolphins activities and Xcaret park. Maybe 5-8 min walk . Lots of animals in the hotel .
