"Most of the staff were very nice. There were a few bartenders who mocked me for my Spanish speaking efforts. The beds were rock hard, like sleeping on the floor. The food options between breakfast and dinner were VERY limited. The wildlife on property was a nuisance—an infestation if you will. There is a shuttle to the beach, that runs every 30 minutes, so that was nice. "

"The property is well located for access to 5th avenue and the beach. The suites are well appointed and feel luxurious, which is what I anticipated for a more upmarket stay. The rooftop was amazing with full horizon views of the sea and the city..Again a more upmarket environment. Tastefully laid out around a spa,a restaurant and the most incredible infinity pool."
