The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. The pool is constantly tended and cleaned. Located in a very quiet and very safe neighborhood. The salt water pool is steps from the kitchen. The ledge around the pool is an added safety feature with little ones around. "The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. When some issues came up the property manager responded...

"Jose was easy to communicate with and helped us out with all extra services. Pool was nice and large bedrooms. Our children enjoyed the bikes provided too. Home is well located in gated playacar with security on the street outside Home could have been cleaner when we arrived, new filters in AC units and dryer and home does not have CENTRAL AC only split units so main spaces and living areas are difficult to keep cool especially in the hot Mexico temps."

"This rental was in a decent location. It was about a mile from a local beach, 15 minutes from downtown (dancing and dining) and approximately 30 minute drive to Tulum. Property was protected with bars on the windows, neighborhood quiet. We felt safe. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Nothing fancy. Could have used a deep clean honestly. We did smell mold in the home- but we noticed that most places we visited (unless in the resort areas), had a strong scent of mold in the air. If you have a mold...

"The location for what we wanted to do in the area was great. The facilities looked amazing and the property provided everything we needed for our week long stay. There were shops and places to eat in the community which made it convenient for when we needed things. I will be looking forward to staying here again. The property manager was so easy to communicate with was was very helpful. We loved it!"
