"11/10 experience. We were searching for awhile to find the right spot to host my cousin's bachelor party with an unknown range of 8-12 guys who may be able to make it. We found this posting on VRBO but with 0 reviews. Came to find out by calling the Google Maps listing that Shai and his partner recently renovated and converted this from a hostel to a single unit rental and would be ready when we got there. Cannot describe how helpful and reliable Shai was in coordination for the whole bachelor...

"We loved the whole place, amazing located and the facilities around the apartment are super clean and beautiful. Super recommend to stay for being a little outside downtown of Playa."

"Property needs lots of work! Kitchen tap kept falling off, towel rails loose in both bathrooms, leaking walls when raining. Needs a good clean and better pillows. Nothing supplied ie no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea or coffee. Not even a tea towel supplied to dry the dishes with. Far from town so need to taxi if you don’t have your own car. Cost was generally around MXN70-100 each way. No good restaurants or bars nearby. Would not stay here again."

"The location, house and amenities of the house were amazing! Having maid service and transportation provided to and from the airport were very appreciated. Due to the amount of rain, the pool, the beach and showers, towels were constantly needing to be washed and dried. An industrial washer/dryer may be needed for this big of a house."

"The house looks like something out of a magazine. While town and beach are close, the house is almost its own attraction. We relaxed around the pool in the quiet neighborhood. We stayed as part of a SCUBA trip to Playa, but this is a house that would be well-suited to a family on an extended stay."
