We loved it here - we want to come back for a month. Gorgeous grounds, big spacious condos at an unbeatable rate. This hotel is less expensive than others in the area, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded all expectations. Great location, walk to everything. The beach is quite eroded but there’s a great beach a short walk away.

The rooms are very spacious which is great. The place in general is just dated and please note that you will be climbing a lot of stairs at this property. There are no elevators in the hotel located across the street from the main property closest to the water.

We stay in Playa del Carmen often and have tried many hotels. Let's start with great location. Then spacious rooms with many amenities. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, bottled water, great beds and pillows. Ours had a Jacuzzi. Quiet, great beds and pillows. We have been there before and will book again

Fantastic property, beautifully designed. Staff was always responsive and helpful, very good service throughout. Amazing partner providers including the beach front breakfast restaurant and the local gym. The rooftop patios with BBQs, loungers and hot tubs were fantastic, for those who book those rooms.

Our ocean front condo was amazing but unfortunately the sargassum ruined our stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help by transferring us to a new room but it didn’t suit our needs. If you see sargassum at all on the live view camera, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! It is unfortunately beyond the control of the resort. If there was no sargassum this would be a great place to stay! Very centrally located and walkable!

The staff really make this place. Overall the stay was great. The only things I'd say were annoying was the AC and the in room laundry were extremely loud. Also the connected restaurant downstair will gouge you terribly and the food is not great.
