"Good resort, service was a little slow at all the bars except the beach bar. I feel like they needed more staff working at them. The resort needs to print an itinerary for you when you check in because we missed a lot of activities by not knowing they were happening. They do have an itinerary you can download but cell service is not good there with some services. The food was great! Most of the staff was nice and helpful, especially Maria at the beach bar! Lots of pool options and a lot of wildlife to see! I would definitely go back to this resort again."

"First impression is everything and the hotel looks better in person than in pictures, but the checking lack of information. The person who checked us in didn't provided any information of the hotel, he referred us to another person who told us that we were obligated to sit on a 90 minutes time share talk which we didn't agreed on point. Then while we were waiting for a room, we went to the beach and sit on an available chair and this guy came out of nowhere telling me that the area was for club members and I needed to get up. I told the guy to give me a few minutes until my wife and daughter came back and they guy told me; you got 5 minutes to move or we are going to charge you $55. I talked to two people about the situation and nothing was done. The food was not that great for Mexico which was weird. The only good thing was the waiters were nice and friendly. Hotel has potential but wrong staff"

"Pool chairs were impossible to get had yo ne uo by 530am to get chairs- Robes in room would be nice Akso would be nice to make dinner reservations at all restaurants everything was booked when we got there for almost the entire week. staff very friendly and helpful "

"Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool."

"I loved it here, it was clean the food was great. The staff worked so hard to keep the beach as clean as possible. The only thing that made me sad was the cats on the property, I came across six of them in total a few of them in some desperate need of vet care, and one of them pregnant. I know they probably treat them as wild animals there but that’s a very tough place for a domesticated cat to live. The staff seemed to frown on anybody that was trying to feed them and they’re all so hungry. This was my first all-inclusive stay so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it was a great time there"
