"Clean room (except bathroom ceiling peeling)|staff was friendly, but it was sometimes difficult to communicate due to language barrier (I’m brushing up on my Spanish). Outdoor areas nice and clean. The resort felt very safe and was not crowded at all. The resort included airport transportation and check into the resort was easy. We were able to visit the Nickelodeon Aqua park, which was fun. The only downside was the unorganized transportation back to Generations from Nickelodeon. Food was decent but limited. The resort offers off-resort restaurants but most are adult only. Overall we had a good time, the trip was for 7 year olds spring break, and he had a blast so that’s the important part. "

"Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. The only problem, you had to walk to the next resort if you wanted to eat before 8a. Several of the restaurants were open only certain times of the day, the majority of food places you have to make reservations for. The concierge were very little help. They keep pushing the timeshare and telling you to use the app for everything. Even calling for a spa treatment you have to use the app. They won't book it for you. Resort prices are absolutely inflated, $90 sunscreen at the spa. So pack your own. Even the tipping at this resort was weird, gave a bartender $20, no response. Tip the servers, it was like whatever. Just felt weird. You definitely do alot of walking. The theater is very good, live singing & dancing trying to keep you engaged. Pool is very large, but there is a section of the pool that is for members only, again trying to force the timeshare again. But overall we were happy, and if you need transfers from airport to resort use usa transfers, absolutely great on time and have a real time location. Rivas & Vega were our drivers, van was clean, cool and drinks were cold. "

"we stayed at Jungala Hotel, Great property, the rooms are spacious and clean, hotel has daily shows at the Mexican town, forgot what is called, the water park was awesome, our kids had a blast. Melani our concierge went above and beyond to make our stay superior, she really stand out and made the difference. Would definitely come back. "

"The rooms are nice and the staff friendly. The property is lovely but hard to navigate. The map is poor. Luckily you can get a golf cart to take you anywhere. Its hard to find activities at the resort. The personal concierge is only interested in getting you in to the timeshare high pressure sales pitch. The local beach is not inviting for swimming due to the concrete structures. The information about the facility does not adequately describe the fact that the only way to get to a beach where you actually want to swim requires a next day reservation. Its fun to be able to have a golf cart bring you to one of the many restaurants. The food is definitely acceptable but not gourmet. "

"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"
