"Property was very nice. Staff was great. My 5 year old loved the girls that ran the Kids Club. Food was really good. We only tried out 2 of the restaurants and did the buffets the rest. The only issue we had was the mosquitoes. I know it was mostly due to the time of year and the recent rain but they were bad. We didn't get to enjoy the taco festival that was outside at night. We heard from other travelers that other resorts had the same issue that week. So not blaming the resort."
"First time in Mexico and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The resort was amazing in every way—from its beauty, variety of pools, and short walk to the beach, to the entertainment and endless food options.
The entire hotel was very clean, and it’s clear that guest safety is a top priority here. The staff worked so hard, always with a smile, despite the long hours and the challenges of dealing with difficult tourists. Our room was spotless (even under the bed—impressive! lol). Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this resort, and we definitely will be back!
We also had a massage, and it probably was the best massage I ever had. The outside air and atmosphere definitely added to an amazing experience.
