"Lovely room, very clean. Shower never got hot, but at least it wasn't freezing cold! We especially appreciated the help setting up our airport transfers, and also our supper in the dining room was excellent. We did not get his name, but our waiter was very attentive and kind, recommending our meals and helping us learn a bit more Spanish. All greatly appreciated!"

I would specifically like to mention Hector and Reuben at the Nectar bar. They are amazing individuals and deserve recognition for the value they bring to the hotel. Another individual I would like to mention is Moises at the Vantage bar located in the lobby. These three individuals turned my stay into something I will never forget and they leave me with a desire to comeback just to see them and relive this experience. "
