Disappointing Experience at Seadust Cancun. Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my experience at Seadust Cancun did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this resort. 1. Constant harassment from sales representatives From the very first day, we were approached by people trying to sell us vacation packages and convince us to book directly with them instead of using platforms like Expedia. We were later told that these representatives belonged to an external agency. However, that did not change how uncomfortable the experience was. Throughout our entire stay, almost every time we walked through the lobby, someone approached us asking whether we had decided to purchase a package. They constantly offered free dolphin experiences or trips to Isla Mujeres as incentives. We came to enjoy our vacation, not to be pressured into attending sales presentations or purchasing additional packages. This became extremely annoying and uncomfortable. 2. Disappointing food quality and limited dining options The buffet was extremely basic, with limited variety and below-average food quality. For a resort that promotes itself as an all-inclusive family destination, the food was disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was its Mexican restaurant. Although the food tasted excellent, the portions were ridiculously small. For example, a shrimp dish contained barely two tablespoons of shrimp, while a taco order consisted of only three extremely tiny tacos.

Honestly I had a blast at this resort. Me and son went for 4 nights and 5 days, it was perfect. The ocean view, palm trees, beautiful pools, beautiful Jacuzzis. The food was amazing. The dessert was very tasty. Everybody was so kind, respectful and helpful. If you need a nice beautiful clean resort where you can relax have fun swim and just really be comfortable, I would definitely recommend this one. There are also many other activities for an extra fee that you can go to if you’re interested in, me and my son for example swam with the dolphins and it was Fun. You also have free kayaking, free lifejackets to swim in the ocean. You can get drinks poolside pretty much all day long and everybody’s so kind and sweet. I also utilized their village spa and had a very relaxing massage. You can also get room Service anytime you need to. They have a coffee machine with water, juice, pop and snacks refilled every day. Honestly, I would rate this place a 10/ 10. I came from Michigan and the change of weather, scenery, and overall relaxing environment was exceptional.
