THE BEST FOOD I’ve had in Cancun. This was my 5th visit and I really like this hotel. The beach was dirty due to seaweed season but there’s so many pools to chose from!!! I love it

Nice resort, second time staying. Love the option of staying at Ventus Ha with the ability to travel to nearby resort buildings, additional restaurants and activities. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Only had 1 bad experience with a server, however everyone else was very welcoming.

All of the staff were so attentive and friendly. Our rooms were cleaned every day and they were so mindful of moving our items. We tried a different restaurant everyday and we loved it all! We took advantage of the activities everyday, so we had a GREAT time! We will definitely be back.

This resort was simply divine! We traveled with 2 kids, 5 & 8 and they had such a blast here. It’s 3 resorts in 1 so you have access to the entire property during your stay. We stayed at Ventus Ha but also visited the Ventus marina and other Ventus resort. Rooms were spacious and accommodated our family of 4 with plenty of space. Breakfast at the buffet was great but we truly enjoyed the lunch buffet daily! The food was flavorful and lots of healthy choices if you are on a healthy journey. Our son loved the cliff jump over at marina and our daughter enjoyed

Lot of pools and dining options across this and the sister properties. Seaweed smell was a lot, but a lot of resorts are facing that issue. Basically eliminates any access to the ocean. Pools were warm but it was August. Food was great, service was great. The $300 per day resort credit is basically $10 off a list of many services so really not as it presents.

This is a good hotel with great food options. We loved our room at ventus Ha, food and service was great. Only a bit far from the kids pool, kids club, beach so a lot of walking. We found the Marina side a bit older, we had our first lunch at the buffet resto next to their pool at marina el cid, and it was not as nice as all the others we tried which were outstanding. Next visit I would stay at Ventus which is the one at the best central location. Swim up room would be fantastic. Thanks to everyone in the hotel from butler's Jesus, Cali kids club team and all servers for their fantastic kindness and top service, we had a great week thanks to all of you.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Ventus Ha. Staff and the grounds are exceptional! We love the jungle atmosphere that they maintain extremely well. Staff are super helpful and nice! We love all the pool options and there are many! Clean pools as well! The kids' favorite thing to do was the Mountain! They got to jump off of a cliff into a deep pool - so cool! If you stay at the Ventus Ha and you want to go to the main pools, you will have a long walk. If you know that going in, it's ok. It can turn into about a 10 min to the main buffet restaurant. The food was good. Have to watch your times for the lunch buffet to not have to wait for more food. Our favorite restaurant was the Japanese one - excellent food!

Great staff all round only thing was there was food trays left around the hallways which led to a raccoon issue. Also the entirety of Cancun smelled because algae which isn’t the resorts fault but if I go back I’m choosing a different time of year where that won’t be an issue. The ocean also isn’t swim able. On the bright side the service for dinners was great and the bartenders on the pool were amazing.
