"The room at Jungala was very spacious and quite well maintained. The decor was also nicer than the other hotels on the property. Pools were excellent and we loved the cabanas for free if you spend money on food. I would recommend booking dining at restaurants instead of eating at Salum all the time, we found the service at Salum to be hit and miss. "

"There is no beach at this location where you can swim at. Big concrete blocks and seaweed all along the beach. This vacation was nothing like it was advertised to be. If you want a beach go somewhere else. If you want just an all inclusive resort then it works but that is not what we wanted. Also some of the staff are not happy at their jobs. We did have some good staff but I would say 50% were not good. Food was terrible. Sales guy trying to sell memberships was awful as well. Just rubbed us the wrong way. The first guy was nice but the one brought in to seal the deal was full of himself."

"We liked the property and the size. It wasn’t overly huge, but still had great amenities and a good choice of different restaurants included. The included transportation was extremely convenient and the staff in both restaurants and the hotel were always helpful."
