The rooms are amazing and the AC works great. I didnā€™t have problems with the Wifi but it is weak lol The food is good, fairly middle of the road. The resort is gorgeous and an animal sanctuary which I live. The staff were kind and polite. I would absolutely go again!

We stayed at this resort for 5 nights and we had an amazing time. The room was big and spacious, much more than we expected and clean. The food was really good. We enjoyed specially the buffet since they had different types of food every day. The staff is also very nice and courteous. Definitely we will come back. The price of the resort is well worth it.

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds were easy to navigate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants didnā€™t require reservations (except Teppanyaki), and the food was very goodā€”especially the International restaurant and the taco bar by the pool. One restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a bit unfortunate. The resort caters more to an older crowd, but you can easily take a quick cart ride to the neighboring all-ages resort if you want a livelier atmosphere. The only downside was the beach, which had a lot of sargassum and a strong smell.
