"We had such a great experience at Reef 28! We were only in Playa del Carmen for a few hours and decided to stay here so we wouldn’t have to make the drive back to our hotel, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. We especially enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of several beach clubs, restaurants, and everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Even though our stay was short, it definitely left an impression. My husband and I both agreed that we would absolutely stay at Reef 28 again, and next time we’d love to stay much longer!"
