Love this hotel! Have stayed here at least 8 times in past years and just got back from a girls trip there with my daughters. Place is very clean-staff is wonderful and the breakfast is fantastic! Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

This is the third time we have stayed at Hotel Plaza Cozumel, and as before, everything was wonderful. Location is easy to walk to most places we wanted to go to. Staff are friendly, helpful and lovely. Simple, included breakfast, makes it easy to eat and get going. Rooftop pool has great views and lots of space.

Good location, clean, great pool, friendly staff. Building is, however dated and cleaning staff didn’t come till very late in the day 3:30-4:00. I’d be back in my room by then from a long day so passed on the room service most days. Other than that, it was great. I’d stay there again
