I took pictures at different times and on different days. It's clear that the redness and swelling at the bite sites increased, and the affected area expanded. I strongly suggest that your company, as a third party, negotiate with the hotel to clean the relevant parts of the room and agree to a full refund for our very unpleasant stay. The hotel's various excuses and justifications should not be used to harm the interests of your loyal customers, especially the protection of minors and women. It's worth noting that this wasn't mentioned before, but if possible, I also suggest that the hotel management repair the hot and cold water system in the shower room, because the water from the showerhead broken."

"The room -327 was so tiny, too hot, too noisy and the air cooler did not work. We opened the window and door and the cigar smoke from someone downstairs just was awful, we had to close it and been so hot. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the cappuccino. The bar downstairs overlooking the lake is cool and nice! Have a bottle of the Roaring Meg wine from NewZealand…. Go to Walters Station on the Earnslaw!"
