We’re lucky enough to get a lakeside view room and it was beautiful with easy access to the walking track to walk into wanaka town. Lovely and peaceful

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, stunning views over the lake, and really nice room. We enjoyed an evening in the outdoor hot tub. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the main strip in town but we really enjoyed the walk and being that bit further round the lake. Plenty of parking in the town if people needed to drive instead. Perhaps the bathroom could do with a refurb, but that certainly would not stop us from coming back.

Lovely hotel, great lakeside location. Staff friendly abd helpful. Enjoyed happy hour drinks at $10 for wine. Fantastic slow cooked lamb meal too.

A gem!

Loved the Edgewater Wanaka. Definitely recommend. Spacious rooms and well equipped. Loved hiring the bikes to go for a ride around the lake. Would stay again- but longer next time!
