Nearly everything was very good. Especially staffs n service was incredibly fantastic. Only 2things wifi wasn't well I think my room was very far end of property I guess. Shower was bit difficult to adjust water temperature....too hot or too cold...except that we're very happy to be back then.

Queenstown House has exceeded our expectations!! Super friendly staff, great location (walkable to downtown and great views), awesome breakfast! And the wine/appetizer hour is such a nice bonus!!

The lodge is a fabulous place to stay. It lived up to our expectations, the actual lodge itself was beautiful, private, great /spectacular views, Excellent lodge layout. We arrived when it was dark and already were surprised for how nice it was at the inside (Spa-bath, two levels, kitchen, good wifi etc.), but when we looked outside in the morning we were stunned. Excellent location amongst the many wineries in Gibbston Valley. Mary and Terry were wonderful hosts, who gave us some great tips on what to see and do - awesome for us as first time visitors in NZ. Would definitely stay again.
