We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were incredible (just don’t look down at the construction sites.) With the windows and doors shut you can’t hear a thing. The rooms were beautifully serviced every day….they even made sure we had enough milk each day. My only gripe would be the pillows. We had 6 pillows in our room and all were exactly the same (soft and flat). I’d love to see a little variety in what is offered as my poor neck was not happy.

As someone who has traveled several continents over 4 decades and stayed hundreds of times in all classes of hotels, this one takes the cake. The room was spacious and included fridge, range, Capuccino m/c, m/w and washer/dryer! Bathroom was spacious with a terrific shower. A patio with table and chairs was perfect for breakfast or dinner. Truly amazing accommodation!

Love this hotel. Definitely will return if I am in Queenstown. So clean, big sized room, very new and neat, even though it is close to the airport, you don’t hear the noise of airplane. There are good cooking set up even though I didn’t realize use it. The area is a new development so very clean and peaceful. Since my flight is early, I stayed here so I can walk to the airport. It takes about 20-25 minutes walk. During regular hours, the No.1 bus will go there from the airport, but you should ask the driver if the bus goes to Red Oaks before you get on, otherwise you might be going the wrong direction - they all stop at the same stop at the airport even though they may be on two directions.

My Husband and I loved everything about our stay at the Quest! Very lovely people at the hotel who was always happy to answer any questions we had or help in anyway. The bed was super comfy and the room was extremely clean and new. We have nothing to complain about! We'd love to stay here again when we return!
