The bed in our room felt like a giant marshmallow, it was amazing! The entire staff was incredibly helpful from the time we checked in to when we checked out. I loved having activities booked through the concierge and then billing once when we checked out. Every concierge I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful with our bookings. The staff at this property is AMAZING!

The room service was excellent and very prompt. The room was of adequate size, (Delux Lake view). One negative was there weren’t any lifts to the top floor, you had take lift to the 3rd floor then walk up to the top 4th floor. There were ample parking and 2 mins drive from the heart of queens town. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
