"The Carlin is indeed a 5 star property in every way, the staff and accommodation exceeded all our expectations, and we will most definitely return for a longer stay. I would recommend this truly remarkable boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Queenstown NZ. "
"Great modern hostel on the lakefront a short 5 mins from the centre of queenstown.
Good rooms and clean hot showers. Comfy lounge with pool table.
Parking can be tricky - like most places.
A hot tub or sauna would be a great addition to the hostel a day of skiing!"
"Just a short stroll to central Queenstown and an easy drive to Arrowtown avoiding busy Frankton Road. Very welcoming manager, clean room, made cosy by the excellent panel heater. "

"Amazing view of the water and surrounding mountains. Also within walking distance to the centre of Queenstown. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and more than comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that the rooms aren’t that well insulated in terms of sound if there were noisy neighbours, but this didn’t seem to be an issue."
"The location is perfect, within the heart of Queenstown CBD - establishments are easily walkable. Room is clean, fresh smelling. The hotel uses good tech for controlling lights, A/C, etc. Staff are very helpful. Will definitely come back."
