The front desk area was small and cramped, with no wet weather provisions and not particularly welcoming. It was not in keeping with the accommodation which was excellent and had marvellous views of the lake.

Good amenities, quiet, and clean. The kitchenette and bathroom were very nice inclusions and the room was spacious with a lot of great light and high ceilings. Free laundry right outside the room was great, and it was a short jaunt to the city center and close enough to the airport that a single bus got us there in about 10 mins. Only real complaint was that I never got an answer when trying to call reception during business hours and no response to my email inquiring about extending our stay before check-in. Was able to sort things out in person with no issues though so it's minor.

We were two friends in a Superior room with twin beds. Whilst the room was very clean and had a good (though small) bathroom we were there for a whole week and found it pretty cramped. There wasn’t much that could be described as “superior” about it as it was in a basement and had a view of a walkway where people went by above us. Possibly my fault as I didn’t investigate further into what the room would be like but they don’t have photos of these rooms on the website and I can understand why! The beds though comfortable had very soft mattresses Overall I think these apartments are fine for one or two nights but I wouldn’t choose to stay a whole week there again

Hotel style room, very clean. Amenities good, excellent bathroom water pressure Lovely spa. Laundry service great. Noisy, ie we were in 'B' unit and those in 'A' could be noisy, but I guess you expect that in close proximity. Enzo was cheerful moving our very heavy suitcases - thank you. All in all would definitely stay again.

Rooms were great. Clean and spacious enough for our needs. The beds are showing their age though and are a bit uncomfortable but not enough to make the stay unbearable. The laundry facilities were a definite plus!!

Our stay at Swiss-Belsuites was absolutely unforgettable. We had a stunning view of Lake Wakatipu, and it was so mesmerizing that we honestly didn’t want to leave the room. Watching the lake from our window was an experience on its own—peaceful, magical, and unforgettable. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The view from the suite is gorgeous! The big window panes are spotless and we enjoyed sitting in the spacious living room looking out to the lake and mountains. A short walk into town and Queenstown Gardens. I would definitely stay here again in future trips.
