Noisy, ie we were in 'B' unit and those in 'A' could be noisy, but I guess you expect that in close proximity. Enzo was cheerful moving our very heavy suitcases - thank you. Our stay at Swiss-Belsuites was absolutely unforgettable. We had a stunning view of Lake Wakatipu, and it was so mesmerizing that we honestly didn’t want to leave the room. Watching the lake from our window was an experience on its own—peaceful, magical, and unforgettable. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The view from the suite is gorgeous! The big window panes are spotless and we enjoyed sitting in the spacious living room looking out to the lake and mountains. A short walk into town and Queenstown Gardens. I would definitely stay here again in future trips.

It was our first stay in New Zealand and after a long flight, it was nice to have a spacious king size suite with lake views. The view was amazing! Bathrooms were clean. The unit had everything we needed - hot showers, good water pressure, and kitchenette. There is a parking garage available that is very small and tight but you get used to it. You do hear cars but it didn’t really bother us. Location is convenient, 15-20 minute walk into town. There are stairs to get into the unit and the front desk so just beware if you have lots of luggage.

The space is very nice and the view is great, but be advised it overlooks a very busy road so it’s not really restful. Also, the walls are thin and I could hear the people next to me talking at 2am. Great otherwise though!
