The brilliant views and the apartment itself, staff went extra when we said couldnt use a bath shower they opened another bedroom for us with a normal shower. Didnt know they were doing reconstruction and wasnt warned so sitting outside on the balcony wasnt great and construction noise was very off ...
Staff went out of their way to welcome us. We received an upgraded room and the room was ready when arrived mid afternoon.
Great experience from the time of checking in ( thanks for the warmed cookie when I had been driving for 2 hours) and the special treatment. Right by the lake and everything I needed was there. Buffet breakfast had great selection to set you up for a busy day. Will definitely be back
Fantastic location. Wonderful views and only 15 min walk into Queenstown. Well kept unit and property. A little short on minor kitchen utensils but made do. I’d recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Would have loved to sit on the water with a little bit of lunch before leaving the hotel at 1 pm for the flight back to Auckland.

I only stayed her for one night but Kamana left quite an impression on my wife and me. The room was very clean, felt recently renovated, and felt luxurious. The main lodge, although under construction, had an amazing view of the lake. The view had a relaxing affect on my wife and me.
