"Great location 5 min walk to main shops. Eaay parking and friendly staff."

"There were cobwebs on the ceiling and a dirty unwashed mug in the cupboard. Requested 2 single beds and one had presumably original king duvet inner just folded in half and put on bed instead of single bed one making it impossible to sleep with. Also had a single bed electric blanket on the bed with the cord and wall plug sitting loose in the middle of the bed hidden under the sheet so that when I got into bed the 3 prongs of the wall plug dug into the full length of my leg. Had to strip the bed and remake it. Room was nothing like the photos and was extremely small. Staff were friendly and helpful. The handwash and body lotion were nice but the advertised use of gym and spa were not free. Wouldn't stay there again for the money spent. The SUPERIOR KING ROOMS are like matchboxes and look nothing like spacious photos."

"We arrived as it was raining. The receptionist told us the guest parking was full- not sure how since we were guests. She also said the bottle of wine tha came with would be in our room- it wasn’t and we had to call for it. We were put in the conference room floor which was fine, but there is not a sign to even point in the direction of the guest rooms until you walk all the way down past the conference rooms. "
