"just one night stay. location is great. right in front of the lake wakatipu in QT. A small kitchenette comes handy to cook or warm up food. Water pressure is good. We stayed on the ground floor, so the window in the bathroom is not suitable to be open as motel's workers walk pass through the hallway frequently. No privacy. "

Great location with bus stop a few steps away, petrol station is opposite and the Frankton shopping centre close by for essentials. Beautiful walking/bike track to Frankton “beach” and beyond. A portable clothes horse would be handy because most of our clothes items cannot be tumbled dried. "

A lightbulb went out in our bathroom and reception and the maintenance guy had it fixed/replaced within 5 minutes. The in room breakfast for the duration of our stay was fantastic.
