The location is great. We had a lake view suite room - which is very desirable if staying at the property. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The service was great right from check in, to some amenities that were requested and the break buffet service.

Lovely hotel! Beautiful property around the lake. We are so glad we didn’t stay in downtown queenstown and decided to stay here. There is a ferry outside the hotel that you can take to go to downtown queenstown or if you have a car, it’s very convenient drive. Room was sooo nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it 100%

Front office staff was attentive and available 24/7 for any needs. Grounds were clean, quiet, slightly removed from the main downtown of Queenstown but only a short drive away and it was nice to be on the other side away from the action a bit. I really enjoyed staying here. The suite was lovely with a good view. The staff were great. We had an issue with the fireplace and they went out of their way to fix it the next day and provided complementary breakfast to apologise. We enjoyed the pool and sauna too!

Excellent location and staff, but lacks value for money. While the hotel is in a prime location and the staff are mostly excellent, the overall experience didn’t quite match the price point. The rooms felt overpriced, and the corridors appeared dated and in need of a deep clean or renovation. Regarding dining, the food quality was average despite the high cost. We had a great stay, location is quiet. All facilities including the room was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The Buffet breakfast spread was disappointing. Bacon and sausages were over cooked. Poor parking facilities.
