"Main restaurant closed at 10pm, too early. Main bar closed at 11pm. Beach is very small, right next to a marina/boardwalk so I ly a small strip of beach. Pool was too hot, the same temperature as outside, not too refreshing. Staff were great and location just one minute from fifth Avenue."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioner leaked, soaking all of our clothes. Thankfully, the hotel staff handled the situation incredibly well and washed all of our clothing at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was all the wildlife around the resort. We saw monkeys, macaws, deer, raccoons, and even some of the adorable rat-like animals native to the area, which made the experience feel very unique. The food was excellent! The main buffet had a huge variety of options, and the green chilaquiles were definitely my favorite. I recommend going early in the morning since it gets very busy later on. We also had lunch one day at the oceanfront buffet, and it was fantastic—the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and it was much less crowded. Paco’s Tacos and the pizza were also both delicious. Definitely make dinner reservations ahead of time—they’re absolutely worth it. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian restaurant, and we also really enjoyed the Oriental restaurant. The steakhouse, however, wasn’t our favorite and was the only dining experience we probably wouldn’t repeat. The beach is on the smaller side, but we were lucky enough to have beautiful, crystal-clear water during our stay. Another huge perk is that Xcaret Park is literally about a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance."

"Staff was super helpful upon arrival & during our entire stay. From the lobby staff to the dining staff and then service staff around the pool and around the property- all friendly and kind. Only downfall is that there isn’t easy access to the beach but the plenty of pools make up for it :)."

"We had an amazing stay at Paradisus La Perla – Adults Only – Riviera Maya! This is now one of my favorite resorts. The property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spacious, elegant, and spotless, and the entire resort is so well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of restaurants to choose from, and every meal exceeded our expectations. One of my favorite spots was the restaurant right next to the pool. We had lunch there every day, and I absolutely loved it. The food, atmosphere, and service were all amazing. We celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff made it incredibly special. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne in our room, and I was also presented with a birthday cake at one of the restaurants. Their thoughtful gestures and attention to detail made me feel truly celebrated. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience and created memories we’ll cherish forever. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend Paradisus La Perla to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable adults-only vacation in Riviera Maya. I want to say special thank you to Angel ! Monica! Diego! Sergio!"
