The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Durante o trajeto serviram bebidas e salgadinhos.

Staff were amazing!! Food and drinks were some the best I’ve had at an all inclusive, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were also clean and comfy. I definitely recommend especially if you like snorkelling… the snorkelling right in front of the resort was great too! If I ever come back to Cozumel I will be staying here again:)

Staff set out to please , very attentive. Room was very clean. Wish had more food varieties at dinner and breakfast, lunch was very good with made to order food. People from cruise ships killed the calm vibe at the beach during the day. I would return again just know what to expect now. There is no resort that is perfect .

We had a great time at El CID La Ceiba. The staff really make this place wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and had a big smile on their face. The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and that’s all I really care about.

Feels like home…

Our sole purpose is scuba diving. We enjoy staying at El Cid/La Ceiba as the property is always clean and the staff are always welcoming and warm.

I love the space , the room had a jacuzzi and kitchen a comfortable sofa bed and a separate bedroom, the food was delicious and there was a variety of food options, the staff was really friendly I also loved the snorkeling area and the amazing view from my room, I will definitely come back again

Highly recommend getting a massage while on property. Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was good with plenty of options despite only having one restaurant available. Good experience. The "All Inclusive" food offering was decent. Staff were very good. Room was not fancy, but clean and nice enough. Only one pool and fairly small. We mainly use the hotel for a place to eat and sleep while not scuba diving and it worked for that.

We had a really good time, room was nice and spacious and bed was comfy with great working AC (we have stayed at several other resorts and this seems to be a struggle). We scuba dive and the dive shop was right there and they were so helpful. Food was really good and the menu had a lot of options. I wish there was more things to do in the evening at the resort. Once the ships leave everything around there shuts down.
