"Great location. Safe location for anyone who may be nervous about being in Cozumel (it is a very safe town). It is walking distance to downtown but far enough that you are not paying downtown prices when you go out to eat. I was remote working during my stay and only a couple internet issues typical of the network in Cozumel. This place is outside of the touristy area, so great for a long term visit and close to Sams and 65th for shops. That said access to a car is helpful if you want to get to the beach clubs or ferry. "This little apartment was perfect for my needs. I wanted an affordable place to stay for 28 days. After searching I chose this studio. It has a king bed. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. An air mattress was provided for the week that there were 3 persons in the room. "Christopher is a great communicator. We felt like we were staying at home with his family. The garden area and pool are very beautiful and relaxing. Free wifi was a plus. The unit we stayed in was older but very clean. Loved that we could make our meals. No frills and affordable. The best part of this place is the location downtown, very walkable to avoid the expensive taxis. We learned the moto-taxis which was extremely convenient and inexpensive. We will definitely return. "Property is centrally located to all the activities. Check in is very easy .Property was quiet and has a security staff that is friendly and helpful . Host was responsive. The pool was great . Point to remember is the Jacuzzi is not heated which many visitors would expect.
