"We had an incredible stay at Iberostar Waves Cozumel. My husband, our 2.5-year-old son, and I enjoyed every moment. From arranging a nanny to getting back into scuba diving after almost three years, everything was handled so smoothly. Babysitting: We were genuinely impressed with the babysitting crew. Isabella (front desk manager) was like the sweetest auntie to our son—warm, attentive, and always there when we needed help. Alexia (kitchen chief assistant) went above and beyond to entertain him and make sure our picky eater was happy. And Michele was so friendly and caring. They all made us feel completely at ease and added so much comfort to our trip. Food: The food was simply amazing. The variety was mind-blowing, everything cooked perfectly, and we loved having the main restaurant plus three specialty restaurants. We never had a meal that wasn’t great. Room: Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. It was on the smaller side for a family of three, and the beds could be a bit softer, but overall it met our needs and we slept well. Diving: The dive crew was awesome! Each dive master had their own personality, but Veronica was definitely our favorite. She was everything you’d hope for—knowledgeable, confident, charismatic, and so lively and open. She made every dive memorable. "The only thing was too many mosquitoes. If its possible to spray to eliminate the mosquitoes or have running water all over the property (like in Disney World), it would of been awesome. Everything else was great"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners have thought of everything you may need while visiting. We really like the location and the ability to use the dock for scuba pickups. The unit lays out nicely for a family of 4 adults. The patio is amazing - great place to start your day and enjoy the views of the ocean. The community is quiet and safe. The pools are very nice and the grounds well-maintained. We enjoy it very much and will stay here when we visit Cozumel again!"
