We really like the location and the ability to use the dock for scuba pickups. The unit lays out nicely for a family of 4 adults. The patio is amazing - great place to start your day and enjoy the views of the ocean. The community is quiet and safe. The pools are very nice and the grounds well-maintained. We enjoy it very much and will stay here when we visit Cozumel again!"
