We definitely enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and clean and always stayed cool. The beach area is small but always found a beach chair or chair by one of the infinity pools without having to get there super early! We didn’t go hungry and enjoyed the ice cream/sandwich shop for a quick snack! We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment…Karaoke, silent disco…etc! It was also a convenient location if we wanted to eat or hang out in town, it was a quick taxi ride! We think this is a place our teens would enjoy as well so we will definitely be back!

I traveled with a family, we love this place. Especially the private beach with the two infinity pools. My daughters enjoyed snorkeling. Sea is clear so you can see different the fishes. Also, the sunset views are amazing! Definitely recommend! Staff were super friendly, Rooms were clean and they had all kinds of food that you can enjoy. Forgot to mention, my balcony view was divine!

Stayed here 2 times now it is in an excellent location staff is very friendly and helpful pools are great and all the restaurants are great You can walk 1 block away and you have shopping and more restaurants and bars I highly recommend this place if you want an all inclusive resort

Good hotel, but a few details to improve* I enjoyed my stay and I give it 4 stars. The room was nice and comfortable, and I appreciate the upgrade for being an Expedia VIP client. However, there were a few issues on arrival: the room phone was not working and there was no drinking water in the room, which I had to request. Also, the food variety could be improved, especially on the international food night. I expected more options and variety for dinner. With better attention to these small details at check-in and in the restaurant, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I would still consider staying here again.

We love this resort and try to visit every year. The renovations of the former sports bar are incredible - what a much needed refresh! Restaurant choices were okay, although it sure would be nice to have another restaurant to choose from instead of Italian or Mexican. The reservation only breakfast option is quite nice to get a break from the buffet - we certainly enjoyed it. It was a bummer that the main pool was closed as it limited us to the use of one pool with our daughter. We'll certainly be back and look forward to when the resort is fully functional once again.

The hotel is under renovation. However, it does not interfere with any family activities. Staff were nice and friendly. Excellent entertainment, the beach party and the Mayan show were the highlights of our stay. We rented buggies to go around the island, it’s worth the trip!
