"It was great experience with this hotel, now that I have something to compare it with. The only drawback is the beaches in Mexico are seeweed covered maybe the time of year. But thi hotel staff activities and food choices are great. Also the event shows were nicer "

"We loved our stay! We were seeking a relaxing destination and this fit the bill. Olaf was very kind and upgraded our room. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. The only issue was the beach. There was plenty of seaweed which caused the entire area to stink really bad. You can’t get around the smell. "

"Juan and Daisy went over and beyond for our dining experience . We decided to go there multiple times just because the service was amazing and the food was great. Also, Marisela (I don’t think I spelled that right ) was the waitress on the lobby level bar/outside area was amazing ! We went every night to sit outside and her customer service was 10/10! Francisco from the water sports area set us up with the best excursion . We went on the speed boats . He was prompt in getting everything organized ! The place was overall nice . Rooms clean and spacious . I have no complaints ! Would stay again. "
