We had Expedia status and were greeted at a separate check-out desk, given our room at 2p m (earlier than advertised) and offered late check-out at 2pm on the day of departure. Further we had waters, and some snacks. There are two pools and the beach is lovely. Breakfast was included in our rate and was nice enough selection. Staff all very firendly. Bed super comfy."
