Nice room near strip, on the beach. Dining and shopping options close by. Staff very helpful. Only issues I had were that hot water ran out too fast and had issues with high speed internet after first day. Other than that, it was a great experience .

Our stay was great!!! Only a few things missing..This resort is not handicapped equipped..no railings at all in one pool, no railings on stairs ro beach..Food was okay ..not really hot either time...Service was goo and bad..Sometimes they were so busy they couldnt keep up...Room was good..bed was hard..We would atay again if no other choice...Thank you to Tomas for taking great care of us with food and drinks!!!!

I loved the room. The best part was the ocean view, breathtaking. There were 2 downfalls though. The shower was cold and the toilet was clogged. After reading the multiple signs, not throw paper in toilet, it was still clogged. And the receptionist didn't really explain much about the hotel, as far as how to get to the room, if there is an elevator or stairs, room service or other amenities in the building. Basically, if I didn't ask, I wouldn't know. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.
