Staff are all extremely nice. The food was good and they had multiple restaurants. Didn't take alcohol, but juices were watered down. Building is old, our hotel was all the way to the top and an elevator didn't get there. Overall was a good place.

The staff was excellent throughout our stay. The property is nice but needs better upkeep being on the ocean. The tennis/ pickle ball court was not in good shape and missing fencing. The restaurants and food were good for all inclusive. A/C not working in common area by the shops and bar. Was hot at times in that area. The pool was great and daily maintenance for chairs and umbrellas was good. Food by the pool hit the spot and was good.
