Booked for a solo trip. Very nice place was super calm and quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is undergoing construction in some sections but overall it is a great place to stay! Also close to everything near downtown Cancun.

The breakfast was ok, but there was no bottled water readily available. The staff is quickly to send you to the restaurant to purchase wayer for around 8 USD for a small water. Its a scam.

Very nice, clean and convenient! Unfortunately it is VERY noisy due to being next to the street. The sit down complimentary breakfast was such a pleasant surprise! Also they reached out to us and offered a late check out due to some remodeling inconveniences. I appreciated the preemptive heads up! The decor was eclectic but my guy LOVED it! The pool was great. Not on a beach but just a short uber away from playa Delfines where the Cancun sign is. We enjoyed our 2 days and 1 night stay!

The glass door need a shade so people doesn’t see through it Second need communication wit the guess when driver or anyone asking for a guess they need to call the guess and let them know I understand on my stay there was no phone service in the in room I wish they work on that . Be aware their is lot of noise from the road traffic make u unavailable to sleep.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However the facility needs work in some areas. My room's AC unit didn't work well. Never did they even offered to move me to another room. Also in the 2nd morning I was there getting ready to go to a trip I founded a scorpion on my bed. Be nice if they fumigate regularly. No microwave in the room so you can really heat up left overs.
