The staff were absolutely amazing. The food served was phenomenal, it truely stood out. The room was spotless, though the water could've been slightly warmer I guess. A small complaint compaired to the beautiful beach, and again amazing staff. Drinks were reasonably priced comsidering todays standards. A priceless journey for me, and I hope you can find the bewilderment I did. Beautiiful landscape, people and food.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are good. Location is not great. The reason I’m not giving it better reviews is the road noise. Very thin walls next to a very busy road and at night it sounds like you’re right next to the cars and motorbikes that race by.

I travelled solo and stayed for 6 days. I don't know what some of these reviews are aiming for. Yes sometimes there is a smell, but have you not been anywhere else in Mexico? Even the plush reports smell sometimes, a lot of people be pooping in Mexico. It was very mellow and private, not cookie cutter. Safe. Easy to navigate. The "beach" area doesn't bode well for swimming but it is a great and cool boho spot. It's easy to get around to other beaches for swimming. I recommend a swim up room. The beds were comfy, my internet worked fine and my hot water was usually hot. Helpful and delightful staff.

The staff was extremely gracious and friendly. When we needed anything, they were there to help. Our stay was outstanding. The location was very good. We were close to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. We will definitely return to Akuazul!

Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel was quiet and safe. Loved walking out on the little deck and directly into the pool. Beachfront was clean, quiet, and quaint. Only complaint is the server wouldn’t let us take our coffee (from breakfast) to our room to enjoy on the deck while relaxing. I would like to suggest that a coffee & fruit/cookie station for early tour departures would be a nice addition.
