"Room was really good, it's a older hotel but looks well maintained. Staff was excellent amd friendly. Front desk were very nice. Pretty much everything included. You could get a couple things for a extra charge but nothing that would mess with your stay. Honestly I would definitely stay again, especially for the price. "

"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and well-maintained with a great overall vibe. The staff was outstanding from start to finish: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was very good with plenty of options, and the drinks never stopped, service around the resort was fast and consistent, and the bartenders were great. The only disappointment we had was when we tried to rebook for next year, we didn’t really get much support or guidance in getting it set up, which was surprising considering how excellent everything else was. Overall, we loved our trip and would absolutely recommend this resort. We’d return in a heartbeat."
