"Room was average (closer to a 3-star, garden view), but housekeeping was good. The resort claims to be all-inclusive, but there’s a noticeable class system in many areas, which takes away from the experience. Staff were a mix—some very kind, but overall service didn’t feel truly all-inclusive. Expect frequent and aggressive pitches for expensive long-term memberships. Nightly entertainment felt repetitive. Food was especially disappointing for vegetarians, and we even encountered rancid ingredients once at “She” restaurant. Pool seating is also heavily tiered, which felt unusual compared to other resorts. Overall, not the all-inclusive experience we expected."

"Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Adhara. The rooms are comfortable. Loved the Chaya drinks. We did experience a frustrating start with the beach shuttle—contradictory booking instructions led to us being told it was full, despite arriving exactly when told. However, the management was professional and settled the issue by offering us a compromise 11:00 AM transport to the beach. I appreciate a hotel that listens to feedback and makes things right. Good base for exploring Cancun!"

"The overall condition of this property was okay. I think some updates would improve the aesthetics of the hotel (wall repairs, paint job). The room was clean and spacious with a sliding door that overlooks the pool and sea which was nice to have. There was one staff member who checked us in and showed us to our room. "

"I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . But I I do not know the details in the rear end of the online systems, I see only the front of my intelligent devise "

"The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only. I was able to access transportation easily from the hotel, and I found the area relatively safe."
