"From check in to check out everything was excellent. We especially liked the sense of security provided by the security staff. I'm not sure where the people complaining about the food eat at on a regular, but we were very impressed with the quality, especially the buffet. We're already working our calendars to come back!"

"The resort is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cancun. It was my first time in Cancun and I had such a great experience, especially from the treatment and staff at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide beautiful views. There is a shopping mall, very convenient for great restaurants, scenic views and shopping. Best of all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed every minute of being here."

While the hotel itself was great, the location is questionable. Poor rundown neighbourhood that might be off-putting to some guests. All in all, I had a great stay, and would consider returning."
