First and last time I will ever stay at this resort. First put us in the wrong room then AC went out. There was a maintenance guy that showed up around 12am and cut a hole in the ceiling( not cleaning any of it up) and drained a bunch of water out. After this I was able to get about 1 hour of sleep. They did in fact make sure they hit me for a 3 dollar coke from the mini fridge though (that didn’t even work). Terrible resort and can be described as trash.

It was a bit disorganized. It started with a big mishap. Not crazy about the required wristband key. The showers have poor water pressure, and limited hot water. The thermostats in the room are not adjustable. My room was quiet, but on the beach side some guests complained of excess noise. The taxis are quite expensive and uber service is extremely limited.

Algo muy bueno es que el horario del desayuno es amplio, pero la variedad de cada día no es tan bueno, el menú se repite incluso en el almuerzo, se podría ofrecer un poco más de variedad. Sin embargo recomendaría el hotel y volvería
