"Lovely resort with true old school Mexican-Latin charm and class! Beautiful piece of property with an ocean front bar and it’s 2 swimming pools and three restaurant! The Caribbean ocean at this location it’s calm enough to really swim. They included BREAST breakfast was wonderful every morning a different choice at the buffet or a freshly made omelette bar. We definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The resort was very good and what I expected for the price. Bed was comfy - staff was amazing. Food was what I typically expect in an all inclusive in Mexico. We found a nice variety at all the restaurants and loved the buffets. Some of the reviews I read ahead of time were critical that you had to pay for "premium" menu items. I kind of liked that you pay a base lower price for your stay and then only pay a premium for a few meals if you want to splurge. I thought it was a smart way to give you both options. The location was great - right near downtown. I thought it might be too loud, but it was actually pretty quiet at night. Might be a different story at spring break time!! This is a very quiet resort. A few fun pool activities during the day, but also some quiet places to read/chill. Not much at all in the way of night life, which was fine for us. As I said, it's a short block from downtown if you want night life. Big plus - there are a couple of extras you get for buying through Expedia which were a nice surprise. Not much time share pressure at all and the vendors selling excursions were helpful and had really good options. We did a sunset sail and a snorkeling excursion which were both excellent."

"Honestly really loved this place. The reviews kinda scared me as they were mixed reviewed but I absolutely loved this place. I came here solo and ended up doing the diamond club because I didn’t want to end up in a party area too much but honestly didn’t use it much on the beach but i definitely felt the VIP of it. I had a butler who helped me so much book things, the staff was super friendly although I can see how it wouldn’t be amazing if you weren’t diamond club. The food at the buffet felt better quality than the restaurants tbh. I did the spa and it was delightful. I love that it’s somewhat of a party resort but it’s not too crazy it’s the perfect mixture. Definitely would come back again."
