Big thank you to Hugo at the rooftop vantage club for breakfast and lunch, his service was excellent, very pleased to have encountered him during my stay and lastly Dyanna from the buffet during breakfast and lunch was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed to be there everytime very funny as well. The staff mentioned all stood out on the grounds of excellent service and hospitality. It has made a lasting impression on me and I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for the caliber of service I received.
