"When the hotel staff ask you to attend a sales presentation for their “Infinity luxury travel club” say no and run. A free 30 minute massage or small discount on an excursion is not worth the stress they will put you through. "

"The jr ocean suite was big, clean and gave a direct view of the ocean. The staff was amazon from the porters to the receptions. All were welcoming and vey friendly. The Bartender David was amazing. By the 2nd day he knew everyone choice of drink and names. He also makes great taste tester and had me coming back for a Bahamas mama "

"Hotel is very clean, the room was nice and clean. The food was good. The staff is very nice, specially in the buffet Guadalupe, Michelle and Eilan. I only gave it 4 stars because it needs umbrellas on the beach (there is not even one) and if you want something to drink while at the beach you have to go get it yourself. "

"Overall, an amazing resort. The staff are so friendly, the resort is very clean, and rooms were updated and comfortable. The pools and the beach were also beautiful. The food was pretty good (breakfast was excellent). There were a couple dinners that were okay. Overall, we loved it and would return back. "
