"Our stay at Paradisus La Perla Playa del Carmen was absolutely unforgettable! My mom and I had the most wonderful vacation, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ana from the Concierge team for taking such great care of us. She made all of our dinner reservations throughout our stay and even surprised my mom with a thoughtful birthday celebration that made her day extra special. Every morning, Nelia, Paloma, and Julio at Hadar Restaurant greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. Starting each day with such kindness truly set the tone for an amazing vacation. We also want to recognize Angel at the pool bar, who crafted some of the best drinks we had all week! Esmeralda, Oscar, and Omar provided outstanding poolside service, always checking on us with friendly attitudes and making sure we had everything we needed to relax. The daily activities were another highlight of our trip. Daniel and Carlos brought so much energy and fun to every activity, making it easy for everyone to join in and have a great time. We especially loved the aqua aerobics classes,the instructor was fantastic and made each session both fun and engaging. From the incredible hospitality to the beautiful resort, delicious food, and fun-filled activities, this trip exceeded all of our expectations. "Main restaurant closed at 10pm, too early. Main bar closed at 11pm. Beach is very small, right next to a marina/boardwalk so I ly a small strip of beach. Pool was too hot, the same temperature as outside, not too refreshing. Staff were great and location just one minute from fifth Avenue."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioner leaked, soaking all of our clothes. Thankfully, the hotel staff handled the situation incredibly well and washed all of our clothing at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was all the wildlife around the resort. We saw monkeys, macaws, deer, raccoons, and even some of the adorable rat-like animals native to the area, which made the experience feel very unique. The food was excellent! The main buffet had a huge variety of options, and the green chilaquiles were definitely my favorite. I recommend going early in the morning since it gets very busy later on. We also had lunch one day at the oceanfront buffet, and it was fantastic—the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and it was much less crowded. Paco’s Tacos and the pizza were also both delicious. Definitely make dinner reservations ahead of time—they’re absolutely worth it. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian restaurant, and we also really enjoyed the Oriental restaurant. The steakhouse, however, wasn’t our favorite and was the only dining experience we probably wouldn’t repeat. The beach is on the smaller side, but we were lucky enough to have beautiful, crystal-clear water during our stay. Another huge perk is that Xcaret Park is literally about a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance."
