This is a great hotel! The staff is VERY friendly. The location of the hotel is very close to the ocean with options for several restaurants around it. They offered a great breakfast included in the cost, and the rooms were big and clean. A/C, waterfall shower, and a balcony to sit and relax complimented this experience. We will be back!!

What a hidden gem near the Centro area! The property is beautifully maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. We certainly enjoyed our short stay and will be back on our next visit to the island!

We loved the size of the hotel. The location was great and the pool is not big, but sufficient. The staffing was a bit sparce, but luckily we did not need much, so it really did not pose a problem. I will definitely stay here again.It is very close to the heart of San Miguel where you can do the touristy thing or go to the restaurants more visited by the locals.

We had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Cozumel! The staff (Thomas/Oscar/others) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming touch that added to the relaxing island vibe. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront and inside the Centro area. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again (joe &sato)

Thebpeople who worked there were FANTASTIC , helpful and kind. Facility itself was nicely appointed. Had an issue with A/C, and they switched rooms for us when the tech wasn't able to come that day. It's really quiet, but also super close to Centro. Easily walkable to shopping, dining, taxi stand, everything you want!

We only had a single night here at the Flamigo Hotel as we were headed to Tulum the next day, but we were very happy with our stay. We received a free room upgrade and found the room to be very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and the salt at were all very nice and accommodating. The location is very central to Centro and made walking very easy. We’d happily stay here again on another visit.

excellent location with a very nice facility. We stayed just after a hurricane and as a result maintenance was behind. Beautiful room, GRAT staff, fair price and close to al amenities. Short walk from the ferry or quick taxi to airport.

The Flamingo was a lovely way to experience Cozumel! We stayed in 2 different rooms. I highly recommend the suite, it’s lovely & the bed is super comfy. There is a lovely bar that is unused at this time, hopefully they get it going in the future. It’s a short safe walk to restaurants & cabs, and the staff is very friendly.

This boutique hotel is fabulous and we’d stay again for sure. Beautiful quiet rooms (even during Carnival!), the best location and great staff. Walking distance from the ferry and all the top tourist spots. It would get a 5/5 if the rooftop pool area was completed (under renos).

We loved our stay at the Flamingo! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We prefer smaller, chill hotels with easy walking access to town and places to eat -- the Flamingo was perfect for that. Far enough from cruise ship craziness but still a very easy walk to many great restaurant options, a great car/scooter rental place, and the central square (shout out to Crazy King Burrito, Guisados, and HTL Rental!). There's also small pool on the roof which we didn't use - best for adults and older children who want a quick dip. Would definitely stay here again.
