Book a Cozumel Resort

"Ocean was beautiful, the suite ocean front room we got was outdated, no frame work in the room, TV was super small, room smelled, food was limited. Bare minimum, the water notes were painted red for hot blue for cold, vent in the bathroom was a window fan that was wired into the switch. No fridge, charged for safety amenities like the safe and with today's issues that should be given not charged. No ATM onsite to be able to tip the staff. Website stated free wifi and that was a lie, they charged for wifi. Plugs in the room would shock and spark when charging phone. Could not reserve dinner at the only restaurant. Rat was walking on the beams of the buffet. The owner needs to update that place. Only thing nice was the beach."

"The resort is an excellent vacation experience! Fernanda, the manager, was so professional. The staff members were so friendly and helpful! The place is so clean. The one thing I didn’t like was the snack food bar by the pool and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant and the buffet were soooo magnifique though. This resort went way above our expectations. Aldo, the pushy share time sales rep, was really cool overall. Pedro set us up with a great tour to Talum, Cobá, and Cenote! Finally Alma is such a sweetheart. I highly recommend this resort and we think, we may return in November of 2026!!!"

"We visited COZUMEL 2 years ago and was looking forward to staying at Secrets Aura. We were disappointed that food and service has gone down in quality. Restaurants did not have a lot of items tochoose from and guests were relegated to buffet but that can get old. Simple things like amenities and cleaning seem to be challenging to request. "

"Rooms were average. There were no towels in our room the first day so we had to request them from the front. There is virtually no service at any of the meals especially breakfast or lunch at the buffet. At dinner, we were lucky to get excellent service from Miguel. The bartender by the pier was always great and so were the towel team by the pool. The store/pharmacy inside the hotel is a rip-off but you pay for the convenience. You can also walk 10 minutes for more stores if you need something that would undoubtedly be less of a rip off. We enjoyed borrowing the snorkelling gear from the resort and did so most of the days. Overall, I believe it’s a place to be if you enjoy snorkelling or water activities like scuba diving and not so much focussed on resort services. "
