"The resort was great also was the staff,the maid service was excellent. Now unfortunately the bad news, the Italian restaurant was the best of all, Loli was terrible, great service but lously food. Drinks were just OK but being free I guess you can't complain. The buffet restaurant items looked good but lacked flavor. Breakfast buffet was alright and the person making omlettes was good. I'll give a nine on the resort, but only a five on the food."

"Only thing I didn’t like is that cabanas are all around the pool for people to pay for. Got annoying cuz we just wanted a chair to put our towels on"

"We were just there for 5 days and it was perfect. The grounds were very well maintained, staff were super friendly and rooms were spacious. "

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. "
