Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful place"

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"El hotel muy bueno la limpieza excelente pero necesita más variedad en las comidas , el buffets no abre en las noches y los restaurantes q ofrecen la comida no estuvo buena, y necesita mejorar en las actividades nocturnas por lo demás todo bien"

Devossion By Live Aqua Playa del Carmen All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"Our ladies trip for my 50th birthday was fantastic! The rooms were cleaned, great food, and excellent guests services from the restaurants and especially the pool staff! Pool staff went above our expectations and we definitely tipped for AWESOME welcoming services! Pool good was better than other AIs I've visited! We had it every day! No swim-up pools, but music was going majority of the day. Front desk could use a little more enthusiasm, especially when greeting guests to your resorts. It was an OK check in, very bland. Very close to 5th Ave, literally across the street and one block in. Was nice to check it out. We went during the day, and were glad we did. A lot of the vendors do come up and try to sell you things, show you something, or say they helped you at your resort. Spa was fantastic. Ask for Lia! I had her first then both my sisters went back for massages with her! We all agreed, she's GOOD! We would definitely go back!"

Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya All Inclusive - Adults Only

8/10 Good

"Valentin is a nice resort, plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was just okay. Be prepared to do lots of walking though, unless you wait for rides. It was a bit too big of a resort for me. Lots of restaurants to choose from with no reservation needed except for the hibachi which is nice. Pool service great most of the time. Shows in theatre are okay but it is way too loud in there. Lots of people walked out, including me because of it. Simple fix so I don’t know why they don’t deal with it. Overall, a nice resort to go to. Just not one I would go back to…"
