Clean room, the staff was generally nice some were sort of rude, especially at the casino. The pool tiles were falling apart, the gym equipment was outdated. You could tell it’s slightly dated. But overall a great experience and good time

The facility itself needs much improvement, check in wasn’t easy, and not enough help. Although, some spots are great, the food court and play area for the children are fantastic, however, the rooms are not so great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The main pool was closed, the snaller pool was packed, couldnt enjoy it. And the waterpark was mostly for little kids. They charge a resort fee however they don't clean the rooms daily. For our 7 day stay, they only cleaned it once. Overall the property, location, and space is nice.

All of the amenities were great, the staff were very interactive and created good energy around the pool and during evening entertainment events. The rooms were good, but were a bit dated. The resort is scheduled to update the rooms beginning April 1st. Overall, we had a great experience!
