The staff was friendly. Noel and Amelia were super nice at the steak house. The next day Noel seen us at the buffet and made us feel special. Gym is really nice. We enjoyed the resort

Lots of great amenities for families with kids. Kids Club was amazing, thanks to all the girls there. Food is good, but was better a year ago. Seems blander now. Pools are nice but would benefit from heaters during cooler months.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Lots to do, fun for the whole family. It was a little disappointing that bowling was closed to walk-in's because there were tournaments Friday and Saturday.

Really enjoyed the large room sizes and the fact you can get room service if needed. Be prepared to walk far as the rooms layout are very long along the pool all the way to ocean with food options on either end. The food selection was diverse and we enjoyed it. Room was clean, outdoor pool areas were very nice. The concierge lady we had was extremely pushy with the time share presentation and had issues with her laughing and making rude remarks to me on the phone, but the front desk staff of the property were very friendly and helpful with our concern.
