Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.

I asked for my room to cleaned, the re spread the bed with the same dirty sheets, the bed my son slept on was left unspread, they left the dirty towels in the room and also the garbage.

Great resort to stay out of disney/universal craziness and enjoy the sun and the pool for relaxing purpose. The rock resturant food was pretty good but the pizza quality from the main resutrant wasn't that great.
